A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Production Coordinator, you will lead daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring production plans are executed efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards. You will coordinate teams across multiple shifts, optimize the use of human and material resources, and continuously monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage human and material resources to ensure efficient execution of the production plan.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction requirements.
• Drive lean manufacturing practices to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and full compliance with EHS standards.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., production plan adherence, overtime, inventory, maintenance) and take data-driven actions to improve performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing and assembly environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with SAP and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven leadership skills managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and structured/problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage risks, drive innovation, and maintain organized operations.

You will be part of the Production team, working in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven environment. You will closely interact with key stakeholders such as Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, EHS, Finance, and IT, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals. The team operates with agility, respect, and accountability, fostering trust and continuous improvement.
