How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner with the Head of Blades as a trusted advisor, providing executive support, strategic sparring, and representing leadership when needed.
• Coordinate priorities across the Blades Management Team, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and disciplined follow‑through.
• Lead critical cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects end‑to‑end, driving execution, tracking progress, and closing gaps.
• Establish strong governance and accountability mechanisms, converting decisions into owned actions and measurable results.
• Enable fact‑based decision‑making by transforming complex data into clear insights, senior management reporting, and actionable recommendations.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, with management experience in industrial or complex operational environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with strong ownership, rigor, and follow‑through.
• A strong analytical mindset, experienced in structuring data and translating it into business decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence influencing senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools, and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
