A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day-to-day tasks will be to communicate with business stakeholders to gain a better understanding of their needs and to define the requirements. You'll be responsible for sales and CRM related solutions within Siemens Energy, including development as well as architectural topics and project leading. Your main focus is based on the Salesforce.com platform
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead technical implementation on salesforce topics
- Maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, such as business representatives, external vendors and internal partners
- Contribute within our salesforce architecture group
- Support internal business units with their requirements and user stories
- Promote cross-organizational collaboration
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience as a salesforce developer or solution architecture preferably utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working in an international, intercultural environment. Proven delivery experience across multiple countries and locations
- Salesforce certifications and Copado experience are a plus, background in Business analysis or Project Management is beneficial. Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Siemens Energy CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Value Center is a Global IT Team with a large presence in the Orlando area that specializes in IT Applications and Technology to support CRM. We provide Siemens Energy with enterprise level solutions leveraging commercially available software like Salesforce.com, Tacton, and other Sales & Marketing applications.
In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
