A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Agora SAP S/4 Rollout Manager for the Transformation of Industry Business Area (TI), you will start your day collaborating closely with the Cluster Rollout Manager and local teams to drive the successful implementation of the AGORA project within TI. You will lead the rollout activities in partnership with the other Business Areas, IT and Rollout Managers, acting as a key ambassador for the project within the TI organization. Your proactive communication and stakeholder management will ensure smooth progress and timely sign-offs, contributing directly to the overall success of the global AGORA program!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the implementation of AGORA in TI, ensuring alignment with global standards and local business needs.
• Collaborate with the Cluster Rollout Manager to support the sign-off process by providing necessary feedback from Global Teams and TI Management!
• Drive the adoption of AGORA processes, technical setups, and change management activities with local teams and end users.
• Act as an ambassador for the AGORA project, promoting its benefits and fostering engagement within the local organization.
• Ensure all required sign-offs are obtained from local management to maintain project governance.
• Handle local Business collaborators, securing their active contribution and support throughout the rollout.
• Track and report progress of rollout activities, focusing on the local Business team’s achievements and challenges.
• Identify and drive resolution of business-related project issues and risks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication channels locally and with central AGORA Program Management alongside Cluster and Rollout Managers.
• Create and sustain local communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Required primarily for larger clusters where complex coordination and resource management are essential.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in managing SAP S/4 rollout projects or similar large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Solid project management and collaborator engagement skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of business process implementation, change management, and technical setup in SAP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive progress in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive risk mitigation attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and rollout methodologies is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support rollout activities across the cluster.
