Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM) is a critical framework for managing and optimizing OT services. As an OTSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing and steering the technical architecture within this framework. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. You will act as the technical advocate for the OTSM framework, driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration of systems like ServiceNow, AWS IoT Services and Microsoft Defender IoT.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Technical Architecture: Design and steer the technical architecture within the OTSM framework.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of systems like ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender for IoT, and AWS IoT Services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Align the architecture with the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as the technical advocate for the OTSM framework, driving innovation and ensuring best practices.

What You Bring

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of designing and steering technical architectures.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in IT and OT architecture, including experience with ServiceNow and CMDB (Configuration Management Database), as well as leading and executing digitalization projects
  • Skills: Knowledge of cloud technologies, industrial IoT solutions, system integration, network technology, and cybersecurity.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
