As a member of our globally distributed Artificial Intelligence team you will engage in impactful projects across the energy sector. By combining strategic and business insights with the latest advancements in Generative AI and AgenticAI, you will help our business maximize value from data and develop solutions and strategic roadmaps that provide a competitive edge - while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements, both in the Chinese market and globally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Internal consulting Siemens Energy’s functions and business units on Generative and Agentic AI best practices, novel solutions and scalable implementations.
• Supporting the development of Generative AI and AgenticAI solutions, processes and workflows, with a focus on scaling smart automation and business value.
• Collaborating in global, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to drive the adoption of innovative AI techniques at scale leveraging responsible AI practices in alignment with local regulations and governance frameworks.
• Staying informed on the latest trends in Generative AI, AgenticAI, and regulatory developments, helping the business make informed decisions.
• Documenting processes, tools, and methodologies, and regularly presenting results and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  

What You Bring

• More than 5 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI-related roles, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI, its strengths and weaknesses, and their application in business contexts.
• Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python; Agentic AI Frameworks such as Copilot Studio, Langgraph, CrewAI, N8N, and experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS (including AgentCore), GCP, Alibaba Cloud and Snowflake.
• Experience with deploying and monitoring the performance of Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication and presentation skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary, multinational teams, with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
