- Joining the IT and OT security efforts: Contributing to the field of control and protection technology for critical energy transmission systems.
- Contributing to a future market: Applying your knowledge of IT and OT security to protect critical infrastructure.
- Developing advanced security concepts: Creating innovative IT and OT security protection concepts in development projects.
- Conducting threat and risk analyses: Identifying potential threats and risks, and defining appropriate countermeasures.
- Staying updated on technical developments: Following technological trends and continuously expanding your know-how in IT and OT security.
- Collaborating with various teams: Working closely with different departments to implement and optimize security features and systems.
- Bachelor or Master in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
- Basic security certifications such as GIAC GSEC or similar.
- Familiarity with relevant OT cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP) and one IT standard (e.g., ISO27001) is a plus.
- Understanding of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, TLS/SSL, 802.1X and basic skills in using tools like Kali Linux, Nessus, Wireshark.
- Knowledge of digital certificates (X.509) and system hardening techniques.
- Proficiency in German and English, with a high level of initiative and communication abilities and a strong drive for innovation and continuous learning.
