How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and develop a new team of engineers, setting operational goals and fostering a supportive, high-performing environment.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of operational and overhaul feedback data from medium gas turbines, ensuring robust validation and evaluation.
• Guide technical investigations and apply analytical methods to assess component lifing, predict failure modes, and enhance product reliability.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports, sharing actionable insights with key stakeholders and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with design, core development, and product lifecycle teams to translate data-driven findings into innovative product improvements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in product development, service engineering, or R&D—ideally within the gas turbine or power generation industry.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, component lifing, or reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead, project manager, or supervisor of technical professionals.
• You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.

About the Team

You’ll be at the forefront of a newly established Data Analysis & Lifing team, working within the Service Product Development and Engineering organization for Medium Gas Turbines. The team’s mission is to enhance product quality, reliability, and lifecycle robustness by integrating advanced data analysis and validation activities into the engineering process. You’ll collaborate closely with design, development, and lifecycle teams, ensuring that your insights drive meaningful improvements across our product portfolio.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
