Sobre el papel
- Leadership and development of a global team of Customer Fleet Managers (f/m/d) to ensure maximum fleet availability and reliability
- Analysis of the Oil & Gas customer base, assets, and requirements, ensuring a unified customer approach across all business areas
- Coordination with Execution Units, Sales, Engineering, and regional teams to optimize customer relationships and service quality
- Building and maintaining strategic customer partnerships, representing Siemens Energy in management meetings and customer reviews
- Promotion of a safety, learning, and performance culture aligned with the Adaptive Cultures framework, including implementation of Zero Harm and wellbeing initiatives
- Oversight of team growth, competency development, and continuous performance evaluation based on defined KPIs
- Extensive professional experience supported by a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven expertise in service commercialization, sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas Services and Distributed Generation markets, including digitalization strategies and business processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce, project and risk management, and process optimization methodologies
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused and pragmatic mindset
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels and intercultural competence within a global environment
