A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy as you step into a pivotal role where you will report to the Head of Global Compensation. You will be the central link between Compensation & Benefits, HR teams, and external providers, ensuring the seamless delivery of global employee share plans. Imagine translating business needs into robust system solutions while collaborating with technical experts to enhance our systems. You will analyze data, tackle complex challenges, and maintain high data quality across HR, Payroll, and Finance. Your contributions will drive global initiatives, making a significant impact on our share plans environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as the central interface between Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and external providers for global share plans.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications for accurate implementation across systems.
  • Own and enhance the end-to-end system landscape supporting equity programs, ensuring process stability.
  • Drive data quality and reporting accuracy by defining controls and monitoring mechanisms across systems.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and proactively improve operational effectiveness.
  • Lead global projects and initiatives, coordinating stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in a cross-functional role bridging business and IT, ideally in Compensation & Benefits or HR Services.
  • High affinity for IT systems and data structures, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in business language.
  • Proven analytical skills to structure complex problems and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems, equity administration platforms, and payroll integrations is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with both technical experts and senior business partners.
