A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day begins by reviewing the Compliance PMO project portfolio, assessing progress across active CUI initiatives, and identifying risks, dependencies, or resource constraints that could impact delivery. You partner closely with project managers to provide guidance on best practices, governance standards, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic objectives and compliance requirements. Throughout the day, you collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and project sponsors, to align priorities, refine roadmaps, and support informed decision-making. You oversee and continuously improve project management frameworks and methodologies, standardizing processes that drive consistency, transparency, and high-quality execution across the organization. You also play a key role in governance and reporting—monitoring portfolio performance, tracking key metrics, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
