A Snapshot of Your Day

The Siemens-Energy Entry Level Talent programme comprises apprentices, interns and graduates across all professional disciplines within the business, under the same management umbrella resides responsibility for the building infrastructure and physical environment element and communications workstreams.  Expect a typical day to cover a varied spread of work across all aspects of this scope always with an eye out for the unexpected necessitating a willingness to be approachable, flexible and pro-active.

For this role we are only opening applications for a true summer intern applicant looking for industrial experience embedded within their degree study course.

  • On track to graduate with a 2:2 degree or above within an engineering discipline
  • A customer centric mindset and conscious concern for the Environment, Health and Safety
  • Are flexible, know how to connect with others and pride yourself on being positive
  • Enjoy jumping in and, with support from us, feel confident taking responsibility for live tasks and projects you’ve been assigned
  • Are comfortable with change and able to react to unexpected challenges with enthusiasm in both a group and individual setting

About the Team

The Entry Level Talent programme, and the pipeline created from it within the Aero Gas Turbine business sets out to deliver the future of the business at all levels.  It encompasses all of the professional disciplines across the organisation supporting both the local and geographically dispersed elements of the enterprise.
