A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student within the Strategy Projects Team, you will support our project managers in the development and implementation of internal projects in the Siemens Energy Grid Technologies division. Your tasks will include researching and analyzing data, creating presentations and developing new business concepts. You will start your day by preparing a presentation, which you will then discuss with your team. You will analyse market data using Excel, for example, and then visualize it. At work, you can contribute your ideas and support the implementation of large and strategic projects. Your work will give you an insight into the various areas of Grid Technologies and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the energy transition around the globe. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in the implementation of strategy and internal consulting projects (e.g. development of new business models, strategy development, benchmarking of competitors)
- Researching and visualization of relevant business data from various sources (internal & external)
- Independent analysis of strategic issues
- Preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings with the project team and Grid Technologies Management
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled as student in engineering, business administration or similar fields
- Curiosity for corporate strategy methods and strong communication skills
- Well-structured, organized and independent way of working
- Experience in working with MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power Point
- First experience as a working student/intern in a management consultancy or corporate strategy department is an advantage
- Fluent language skills in English
