As a Working Student in Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Training Material Creation, you will support our international and dynamic S4E OCM Program Team. S4E is one of Siemens Energy’s largest business and IT transformation programs and plays a key role in driving the company’s digital transformation.

In this role, you will contribute to the creation and continuous enhancement of modern, target-group-oriented learning and training materials. By helping to design engaging and user-friendly learning formats, you will support the successful adoption of digital solutions and ensure that change is communicated in a practical, understandable, and sustainable way across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Creation and maintenance of user-friendly training and guidance content within the digital adoption platform WalkMe
  • Design and development of digital learning formats, including guides, walkthroughs, smart tips, and surveys to support knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Development of intuitive and accessible process flows for the clear communication of digital topics to diverse target groups
  • Collaboration with international teams and cross-functional workstreams to ensure a consistent and sustainable learning experience
  • Support in the continuous improvement of digital learning solutions and user adoption activities
  • Contribution to the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives through effective training and change enablement measures
What You Bring
  • Advanced studies in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Initial practical experience with agile project methodologies and ideally with Change Management and/or Training Management
  • Strong problem-solving and team-oriented mindset, combined with excellent self-organization and communication skills in international environments
  • Interest in digitalization and digital transformation, as well as in supporting organizational change initiatives
  • Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage
  • Fluent English skills are required; German language proficiency is desirable but not mandatory
