A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student, you play a key role in strengthening the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team within the Procurement Center of Excellence. You actively contribute to the advancement of global initiatives that promote process excellence, digital innovation, and operational efficiency across the entire P2P landscape.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Analysis, documentation, optimization, and harmonization of global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes across countries and business areas
- Support of workshops, meetings, stakeholder sessions, and related preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
- Contribution to project management activities, including milestone tracking, presentation preparation, and project documentation maintenance
- Data analysis, dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and identification of process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaboration on master data improvement, governance activities, and translation of business requirements into functional descriptions
- Support of digital procurement initiatives, including AI agents, workflow automation, system enhancements, research, benchmarking, and preparation of training and communication materials
What You Bring- Enrollment as a university student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or a comparable field of study
- Entry-level student position with no prior professional experience required and a focus on hands-on learning
- Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay procurement processes, project support, process analysis, and optimization
- Competence in data analysis, requirements gathering, reporting, and dashboarding
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP (MM/P2P), Ariba, or Power BI as an advantage
- Fluency in English combined with strong problem-solving skills, proactiveness, structured working style, adaptability, learning agility, and communication skills
