A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a dedicated Working Student with a curious mind for finance, legal and strategy to support our Global Sales Operations team in the fast-growing area of Grid Technology - Sales. We are a diverse small team strategically working together with our technical counterparts and supporting our finance sales colleagues around the world.
In this role, you will play a key part supporting the Commercial Sales Managers of the team. You will have the opportunity to explore a broad range of innovative Sales Finance related topics as well as transformation projects driving operational excellence and actively drive them forward. As part of the role, you will independently handle tasks arising within the team and build a valuable network within the company. Communication skills (in English) and openness will be great assets. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support all commercial aspects of signing global customer agreements (Frame Agreements, Co-Creation, Collaboration Agreements etc.), such as terms and conditions, business models and risk management
- Support our internal financial sales initiatives, e.g. driving digitalization and use of AI, implementation of new external requirements or change projects
- Support the global roll-outs and trainings, as well as support and monitor the implementation of our initiatives
- Regularly interacting with other finance and commercial colleagues in Grid Technologies Sales around the globe, as well as other teams of Siemens Energy
- Support in preparation and documentation of transformation workshops and other trainings
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Speak and write fluent English, German is not required
- Basic understanding of financial and / or legal principles
- Hands-on attitude, are proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented, as well as strong communication- and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset, flexibility and adaptability to tackle new financial Sales challenges and projects as they arise
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus but not required
