When you join our Working Student program, you become a part of Siemens Energy. You get to share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world. You will work on real global issues and help create solutions that directly make an impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Offer support on our FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems), GIS (Gas-Insulated Substations) and AIS (Air-Insulated Substations) projects
- Between 6 and 18 months full of growing, learning, responsibilities, and development opportunities
- Individually designed assignments on strategic company projects across various domains, including sales support, design, quality, project management, and bidding/sales
- Challenging tasks among the assignments including consulting with our management
- An experienced mentor will offer you support in reaching your individual career goals and guide you to craft your future with us
- Our comprehensive training plan will fortify your communication and personal skills
What You Bring
- You are a student of fresh graduate in Power Engineering Faculty
- Sociable, curious, and with high learning agility
- Not afraid to ask questions to understand tasks and projects
- Previously experienced/involved in student activities, and NGOs
- Creative, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
