About the Role
- Development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for distribution transformer solutions in the industrial segment.
- Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Semiconductor, and other process industries, including continuous monitoring of industry trends such as energy efficiency, grid integration, and sustainability.
- Management, expansion, and strategic planning of key account relationships, ensuring long-term growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional coordination and collaboration with offer management, project management, and after-sales teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Technical communication and advisory support, including explanation of technical specifications and advantages, support for technical discussions, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
- Maintenance of accurate sales forecasts and CRM pipeline visibility combined with achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or related discipline
- Extensive B2B sales and account management experience in power distribution or industrial sector, including knowledge of distribution transformers, power systems, and industrial infrastructures in key process industries
- Proven success in strategic account management and delivery of technical solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability for clear explanation of complex technical information
- Customer-centric approach with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools (including Salesforce) and English, with additional language skills considered advantageous
