- Monitor and reconcile Treasury-initiated transactions, identifying and escalating discrepancies while ensuring accurate intercompany balances and clearing activities.
- Track and manage posting files and interfaces between Quantum and SAP S/4HANA, supporting the development of automated booking schemes for new Treasury products.
- Perform regular reconciliations between sub-ledgers, General Ledger, and Group Reporting (SAP EPM+), ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Support period-end closing activities, including report generation, data extraction, accruals, and preparation of trial balances and disclosure reporting (SAP GRDC).
- Maintain and update sub-ledger master data (e.g., IHB), prepare statements, and support regulatory reporting, audits, and RIC control documentation.
- Document processes and work instructions, participate in continuous training, and support Back Office and Middle Office Treasury operations.
- Degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to financial instruments, finance operations, or a shared service center environment.
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA (legacy SAP knowledge is a plus) and willingness to learn Treasury Management Systems such as Quantum and reporting tools.
- Solid Excel skills, including use of filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- Good understanding of IFRS accounting principles (HGB knowledge is an advantage), combined with a precise and structured working style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with very good English proficiency (German is a plus).
