A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Technology–Commodity Integration Specialist within Supplier Quality & Development (SQD), where you will operate at the exciting intersection of manufacturing technologies, materials, digital solutions, and global supply chains. Imagine translating diverse technology initiatives into practical, scalable solutions across our supplier network within specific commodities. You will connect multiple technology and supply chain workstreams—such as manufacturing processes, digital analytics, material strategies, and supplier capabilities—into coherent, executable implementation plans. Your role focuses on integrating across domains, managing dependencies across multiple initiatives, and driving the adoption of new technologies within industrial and supplier environments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as a technology integration lead across multiple domains, ensuring alignment and interoperability between manufacturing technologies, digital and analytics solutions, material innovations, and supplier capabilities.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated technology implementation plans, focusing on capacity expansion, supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and sustainability.
  • Connect and orchestrate multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and effective prioritization based on business impact.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of new technologies by converting cross-functional concepts into practical solutions and supporting pilot projects across regions and suppliers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and manufacturing trends, defining fit-for-purpose adoption strategies within commodity-technology intersections.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, materials) or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environments, with exposure to multiple technology domains.
  • Strong capability in broad, cross-domain technology understanding, including manufacturing processes, digital solutions, materials, and supply chain structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions and manage dependencies across initiatives.
  • Experience in technology adoption and implementation, ideally in supplier or industrial ecosystems, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Team
You will be joining a team of technical experts in manufacturing processes, technologies and quality practices working globally to enhance the supply chain resiliency and supplier (SE and external) capability. Our Vision is to be the benchmark SQD organization for resilient, circular, and smart manufacturing supply networks. Our mission is to Use qualification/supplier excellence, data analytics/AI to reduce n‑tier risk, increase capacity, maintain low NCCs,  and improve circularity — while delivering on CCM(D) priorities
