About the Role
As the Project Manager (f/m/d) for Offshore Infrastructure & Logistics, you will lead and oversee the full offshore infrastructure sub project in alignment with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal Siemens Energy project management processes. You will report functionally to the Head of Department and operationally to the Platform Project Manager within the assigned project team. In this role, you will be accountable for the planning, coordination, and delivery of all offshore infrastructure and logistics elements. This includes, but is not limited to, managing contractor procurement and performance for jack up barges, Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), helicopter services, and port allocation requirements. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules for these workstreams, ensuring alignment with the project’s overall timeline and critical path. A key part of your responsibilities will involve managing contractor interfaces, negotiating scopes, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery in accordance with contractual requirements and budget constraints. You will actively track cost forecasts, assess financial risks, and ensure that all infrastructure and logistics activities are delivered within approved financial targets. EHS leadership is central to the role. You will work closely with the EHS team to embed a strong safety culture across all logistics and marine operations, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and local regulatory requirements, and verifying that contractors implement and maintain robust safety practices. Success in this role requires strong cross functional collaboration. You will coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, EHS, commercial, and financial controlling colleagues, ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and aligned. You will be responsible for providing clear communication, escalating risks early, and ensuring decisions are made to protect project delivery performance. Ultimately, you will drive the offshore infrastructure and logistics scope to achieve safe, timely, and cost effective project execution, fully aligned with Siemens Energy project management standards, customer expectations, and reporting requirements.
