A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Project Manager for Power Transformers and Reactors, your day spans both sales and project execution activities. You coordinate designs, align technical specifications, and collaborate closely with engineers, suppliers, and project managers. From early bid support to commissioning and handover, you play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle - often contributing to multiple projects at the same time.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and manage the technical design scope for oil-filled components in onshore substations across Denmark
  • Ensure high-quality technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Secure seamless integration between subsystems and technical disciplines
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to meet technical and project requirements
  • Contribute to reliable energy infrastructure supporting the energy transition and growing global demand
  • Support Siemens Energy’s mission to combat climate change and energize society

What You Bring

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in substation design and engineering
  • Strong knowledge of onshore substation subsystems, especially oil-filled components
  • Solid understanding of interfaces and design workflows between technical disciplines
  • Ability to structure and plan complex design scopes into manageable tasks
  • Project- and customer-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience managing suppliers and technical procurement
