You as Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of projects in the energy sector of Siemens Energy providing to our customer the most advanced and efficient technological solutions and services.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Managers to join our team. We look for candidates with approximately 5 years of experience in managing projects of the energy sector. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your technical expertise and innovative mindset will be essential in driving the continuous improvement of our solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance
- Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget)
- Risk management and strategy development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and Siemens Energy guidelines
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Present project status reports to stakeholders
What You Bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field with 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing and delivering electrical engineering projects in the energy sector
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and willingness to travel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, define project scope and manage budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as focus on safety and health topics
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
