How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead complex automation projects end-to-end, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources while maintaining rigorous quality standards and comprehensive documentation for stakeholder review
- Drive technical excellence by defining automation solution governance, enforcing quality assurance protocols, and ensuring solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices
- Serve as the technical authority throughout project lifecycles, advising on critical decisions, resolving complex challenges, and implementing formal change control processes
- Build collaborative relationships across sales, delivery, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and integrated solution delivery
- Mentor team members and project engineers, fostering technical capability development and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Manage stakeholder expectations with proactive communication, delivering clear project status updates and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives throughout delivery
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field, with 12-15 years of technical project management experience in industrial automation or energy sector digitalization
- S7 Certified Programmer and Smart Industry Readiness Index Assessor (TÜV), with Certified Professional credentials for Industrial Networks Switching and Routing
- Advanced expertise in Siemens PCS7 systems, complex automation projects including brownfield retrofits, and Microsoft Project—with proven ability to manage projects independently
- Strong technical problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring emerging technical talent, fostering capability development and continuous improvement within teams
- Proven track record managing multi-faceted technical challenges in Oil & Gas and Energy sector environments with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
