About the Role
- Country: GERMANY
- State/Province/County: Bayern
- City: Erlangen
- Define and safeguard mechanical commissioning standards across multiple turbine sites and improve customer satisfaction (NPS)
- In case of problems and technical questions, provide technical support and resolve any open topics with your expertise
- Ensure qualified and in time staffing of the site staff
- Reduce technical risks, delays, and warranty costs through early technical intervention during warranty phase
- Work closely with the General Project Manager in actively defending claim and support the Project Manager in resolution of customer issues
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or equivalent as well as several years of experience in mechanical commissioning of industrial steam turbines / in power generation business, for example as a Field Service Engineer
- Advanced knowledge of steam turbine projects site erection and commissioning methodology and technical know-how
- Experience in project execution of different types of power plants in project/site teams or equivalent site management experience as Lead mechanical commissioning engineer or site manager
- Commercial awareness and familiarization with SE tools (SAP -ATLAS, MS Project; MS Office etc.) is an advantage
- Fluent in English and good German Skills
- Willingness to travel (25%)
