How You’ll Make an Impact

• Stand up for our values and the continued growth and development journey.
• Be a strong contributor in the BV MGT management team forming the functions culture and overarching supply chain strategies and tactics
• Drive strong relationships and collaboration with our internal interfaces, i.e our manufacturing function & service teams, helping to develop and improve our supply chain as a whole
• Drive and implement supplier and product delivery process. Set supplier operational targets and drive improvement of deliveries.
• Be the owner of the operational process for BV MGT, and promote a culture of adaptability, continuous learning and innovation
• Measure, follow up and improve our KPIs with the goal of being the best-in-class supplier to our assembly line and service customers.
• You will establish and analyse workload forecasts and resource planning
• Mentor and develop your employees towards agreed targets
• Ensure that your team is working together with the global Siemens Energy supplier network as one team to support local, regional and global needs by openly sharing knowledge, expertise and resources.

Placement in Finspång. You will be a member of the Blades & Vanes leadership team in Finspång and the work will include travel to a certain extent.

What You Bring

• You have a university education or equivalent experience in the field or connecting fields
• You can see the big picture and feel responsible for making the entire supply chain work
• You are result-oriented, driven and commercially skilled, while understanding that employees are the key to success
• You have good communication and collaboration skills across interfaces
• You are interested in developing people and your own leadership
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the Team

We are a team of 10 persons located in Finspång. Together we have a lot of experience and various backgrounds, making us a strong team. We work locally and globally with a collaborative mind.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
