We are looking for a new member to join our Engineering Intelligence - Load Coordination, Process & Systems team. In this role, you will drive the digitalization and automation of engineering tools and processes, lead internal projects, and take on responsibilities as a team leader.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Driving Digitalization in Engineering:
• Lead initiatives to integrate digital solutions within the engineering processes.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Liaison Between Programmers and Engineering Departments:
• Serve as the primary contact person, facilitating clear and effective communication between programmers and engineering teams.
• Ensure that project requirements and technical specifications are accurately conveyed and understood by all stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and lead the ENI department team in Brno, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.

What You Bring

• Previous managerial experience and coordination/project management skills.
• Knowledge on expert level of IS Teamcenter/SAP (Globus/Atlas).
• Communicative knowledge of English and Czech (German is an advantage). Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are also required.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder within large and complex organization.
• Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and having a group B driving license.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
