People Attraction & Growth department is part of Human Resources function, and its mission is to foster personal and professional growth of Siemens Energy employees. As a Talent Management Specialist with German you will join the Learning & Development team that governs performance and growth strategies for the workforce. You will play a crucial role in shaping our growth and career landscape, which includes oversight into how we foster a culture of mentorship. You will design, implement and manage our skills development strategy. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to govern skills frameworks, ensuring alignment with business and future workforce needs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create a career strategy and approach that promotes employee growth and support key projects aimed at enhancing talent development.
- Integrate performance management, growth, career, skill and learning, leveraging talent management technologies to optimize approaches at scale.
- Collaborate with Center of Expertise colleagues to align on integrated approach
- Establish standards for mentoring programs that connect employees with experienced professionals to support career development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders – including HR, Business/Functional subject matter experts – to define, govern, and continuously refine skills strategy and framework
- Ensure skills governance aligns with industry trends, business priorities and HR practices utilizing data-driven insights to make key decisions around growth, careers and skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or HR-related field or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German.
- Extensive experience in learning and talent management with a focus on learning and career development, skills strategy, and talent management practices.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, skills governance and talent management technologies and has affinity for figures and interest in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a basis for deriving targeted measures.
- Understanding of working with Works Council an asset
- Strong business partnership and consulting skills with a sound business acumen and be an Employee-centric and customer service attitude.
