About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Assistant in the Digital Solutions team, you will play a vital role in supporting offshore wind power construction. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing first-level technical support for internal users of digital solutions.
- Assisting in monitoring application health and performance.
- Supporting senior developers in writing, debugging, and testing code.
- Creating and updating user guides and support documentation.
- Participating in quality assurance activities and team meetings.
You will collaborate with senior professionals to ensure business continuity while developing your practical skills in a dynamic environment.

- Enhance application support and maintenance processes.
- Contribute to the development of critical software solutions.
- Improve user experience through effective documentation and support.

What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
It is a plus if you have experience with:
- IT support fundamentals.
- Software testing principles.
- Data handling and analysis.
