A Snapshot of Your Day:
As a Store person at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and varied, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management. You will start your day by reviewing inventory levels and processing incoming shipments. You will be responsible for unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items in their designated locations. Throughout the day, you will pick and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring they are accurately labeled and ready for shipment. You will also conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure the warehouse is clean and organized.
Your role will involve using warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Collaboration with other team members and departments will be key to ensuring efficiency and meeting our operational goals.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Efficiency and Accuracy: By meticulously managing inventory and ensuring accurate record-keeping, you will help maintain efficient stock levels, reducing the risk of overstocking or stockouts.
· Ensure timely delivery and quality by paying attention to detail in order fulfillment.
· Operational Excellence: Your proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse will contribute to a safe and efficient working environment, minimizing disruptions and delays.

What You’ll Bring:
· Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is essential.
· Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in handling inventory and processing orders will be crucial in maintaining high standards of operation.
· Physical Stamina: The role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy items, so physical fitness and stamina are important.
