A Snapshot of Your Day

At Siemens Gamesa, as a Special Tools Technician) you´ll managed the Villanubla warehouse, ensuring that our SP1 technicians were supplied with the necessary equipment, tools, and materials essential for their daily operations. This role involved direct collaboration with technicians, team leaders, planners, and the SOM of SP1, all aimed at fulfilling contracts and building customer trust while supporting the company’s objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Enhance internal customer satisfaction by performing logistical activities in project tooling warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain and communicate all data from the utility warehouse to optimize supply processes and meet internal customer needs effectively.
  • Ensure real-time updates on the disposition of goods during transport, providing alternative action options and timely information to all stakeholders.
  • Initiate and coordinate the installation and operation of logistics infrastructure and equipment on-site for compliant and cost-effective logistics management.
  • Review tooling status and annual certification while supplying necessary equipment and EPI to technicians for efficient task execution.
  • Schedule and communicate regular equipment reviews to technicians, ensuring they have the tools needed to carry out their scheduled tasks effectively.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel.
  • Educational background in Administration or Management.
  • English language skills at a B1 level.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal customers.
