A snapshot of your day

We’re looking for a customer-focused Spare Parts Proposals Technician to join our Siemens Energy TI Compression EU&AF Service Team in Le Havre, France, supporting the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inquiries, issuing quotations and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. This position reports to the Head of Spare Parts EU&AF Dresser-Rand Legacy Products and includes the tasks as described here under:


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyse and qualify customer requests for spare parts
  • Validate technical specifications and ensure accuracy
  • Prepare competitive quotations and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure reliable costs and lead times
  • Identify upselling opportunities and redirect additional needs to after-sales services

What you bring

  • Solid technical knowledge of industrial products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  
  • Understanding of technical, logistical, and financial aspects  
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
