We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Northern Europe & Middle East Offshore Service Leadership team. Based in Ijmuiden, Netherlands the successful candidate will be overall responsible for Siemens Energy operational delivery of the Hollandse Kust Zuid Wind Farm.

How you'll make an impact

• Leading the site team in a culture of zero incident and open and positive communication, both onshore and offshore.
• Driving the performance of the Siemens Energy team at site (HSE, Quality, Costs) and optimally managing the wind farm within the context of the warranty and maintenance contracts.
• Escalation of sophisticated commercial matters and effective and positive communication of issues to all stakeholders, internal and customer.
• Maintaining timescales of planned maintenance activities; build daily, weekly and monthly work plans for site teams as the need arises; maintain required KPI systems
• Controlling and technically verifying work plans, timesheet and other data and system processes to ensure smooth operation of the site (resource planning, operational planning time data, parts consumption, tooling readiness etc).
• Continuously assess competence and performance levels of site teams and instigate vital development activities to maintain a highly performing operational site team.

What you bring

• Experience in understanding standard safety and operational performance metrics and how to influence them
• Be a problem solver with the ability to lead by example and through others
• Flexibility to work on shift working 14 days on 14 days off but you should expect some domestic and limited international travel.
