What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.
Our Product Management Team for Steam Turbines & Generators is part of the Transformation of Industry organization at Siemens Energy. You will play a crucial role in implementing and driving data management for the whole BA, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative digital solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry. During your daily work, you will learn moderating, leading, and motivating intercultural teams within change processes and an international network.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
- Develop and implement robust data management frameworks to ensure seamless integration and sustainability within our unit.
- Analyze and enhance end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, using data-driven insights.
- Apply innovative digital tools and technologies to support and drive the digital transformation of our processes.
- Lead initiatives to innovate and improve data management practices, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication at all levels of the organization combined with the passion to work in teams and creative thinking
- A proactive approach and ownership for your projects and willingness to take a leading role
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment
- A master's degree or equivalent in mechanical / industrial engineering, digital technology, data management or a similar technical field combined with a business background
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program
