How You’ll Make an Impact
- End to end responsibility for the recruiting framework managing technical / engineering related positions
- Responsible for being an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to support assigned business area
- Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners for assigned business area
- Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates
- Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talent through appropriate channels including our Application Tracking System (Avature), LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.
What you bring
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, gained from an agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively to stakeholders.
- A continuous learner, always seeking opportunities for improvement and professional upskilling.
- High emotional intelligence, exhibiting empathy and awareness of others’ feelings.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in managing growth hiring projects coupled with experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple sourcing channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management
- A strong work ethic, enjoys setting high standards and works diligently and quickly
- Curiosity and has a genuine eagerness to understand our core business and products
- Self-motivated and ability to strategically support growth projects shows desire to achieve goals and win.
- Fluent english, spanish is a plus
