A Snapshot of Your Day

Act as the key contact and trusted advisor to hiring managers across the USA and LATAM, owning and managing the full recruitment lifecycle in partnership with Candidate Experience Partners (Sourcers) and TA Coordinators. You will proactively engage with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align them with long-term workforce planning, and ensure delivery of top talent. Each day brings new challenges, requiring strong collaboration, market awareness, and adaptability while supporting Siemens Gamesa’s mission to combat climate change through talent excellence.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term skills needs.

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.

Serve as the focal point for Talent Acquisition activities across the USA and LATAM regions.

Analyze and share labor market insights, talent trends, and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

Collaborate effectively with the RPO provider to deliver against regional hiring goals.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

Drive continuous improvement in recruiting practices while supporting organizational transformation.


What You Bring

Significant experience in Talent Acquisition within in-house, agency, or RPO environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Emotional intelligence with strong self-awareness and empathy.

A strong work ethic with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and innovate in recruitment practices.

Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.

Passion for renewable energy and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus but not required.
