By being a part of our team you will be actively contributing to ensure compliance with international regulations by implementing Sustainability programs in our supply chain and conducting Supply Chain Due Diligence for environmental and social aspects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analysis of global Sustainability related regulations
- Understanding of existing Siemens Energy Management Systems for Sustainability in the supply chain
- Definition of all necessary Procurement related measures to comply with laws and regulations
- Develop a roadmap for adaption of existing or implementation of new processes
- Develop and conduct sustainability training for employees and suppliers
- Contribute to Siemens Energy Sustainability Reporting and Ratings
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, logistics, engineering, mechanical/electrical production or supply chain or equivalent experience
- Proven advanced procurement process and project management knowledge as well as experience with implementation of sustainability related regulation requirements
- Basic legal skills as well as advanced leadership experience and networking skills
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Experience in Sustainability topics (ESG)
