• Lead and Deliver: Manage global cybersecurity strategic initiatives and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met
• Strategic Foresight: Develop and enhance strategic foresight capabilities to proactively identify, assess, and respond to future cybersecurity challenges and opportunities
• AI Integration: Drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies to strengthen the strategy process, foresight intelligence, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate: Work closely with IT, business areas, and external partners to coordinate resources and drive project success
• Standardize and Improve: Support the Chief Cybersecurity Officer (CCSO) and the Head of Cybersecurity Strategy & Engagement in implementing a best-in-class strategy process, best practices, and effective executive reporting
• Communicate: Facilitate project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards
• Drive Excellence: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cybersecurity strategy, operations, and foresight capabilities

• University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive longstanding experience in strategy, program or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT with a proven track record managing complex, global projects with diverse stakeholders
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, geopolitics, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies and tools
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and PMO methodologies
• Fluency in English required and a local language preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
