The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex projects from conception through to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing project risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects in the United States, focused on the data center market, encompassing all phases from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the necessary approvals are obtained.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resource availability, promoting effective collaboration across all involved areas.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of established objectives.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and project success.
• Manage project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management, keeping everyone informed about progress and milestones achieved.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring its accuracy and compliance with organizational standards, and mentor junior project managers and team members to foster their professional development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in similar industries.
• C1 English level
• Proficiency in project management software tools  MS Project, Jira, SAP (MM, PM, PP)
• PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification is needed
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with stakeholder management and negotiation
