A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day may start with a review of the current project's status, followed by a budget meeting to align resources with upcoming developments. You might spend the afternoon analyzing change requests and new feature proposals. Towards the end of the day, you might have a strategy session for planning the product roadmap together with the key user communities. Your day concludes with a check on compliance guidelines to ensure all operations are within regulatory parameters.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensuring - as the Business Application Owner of optimal performance and functionality of all systems, contributing to efficient and effective warehouse solutions
- Utilization of the strong digitalization skills to drive innovation and streamline processes, enhancing system efficiency and user experience
- Managing the budget for solutions, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost efficiency, thereby contributing to the company's financial health
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive global solutions strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market trends
- Responsibility for changes and new developments through strong project management skills, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products
- Approving of primary change request, ensuring all changes align with the overall product vision and strategy and contribution to product improvement
- Oversee compliance responsibilities, ensuring adherence to data protection, cybersecurity, and other relevant regulations, maintaining the integrity of our systems and data
What You Bring
- A Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven professional hands-on experience as a Product Manager/ Owner or similar role within a digitalization organizations or digitalization environment
- Logistics/ warehouse digitalization experience incl. SAP is a plus but not mandatory
- Solid budget management skills, demonstrating fiscal responsibility
- Exceptional project and portfolio management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects to successful completion
- Strong knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity and other relevant regulations
