A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our global and diverse Gas Services (GS) organization, where robust, transparent, and capable processes are the backbone of successful operational execution. As a Senior Process Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing process management across GS. Building on our Siemens Energy Process House and process documentation foundation, you will elevate process management to the next level by strengthening process governance, embedding process risk management, linking non-conformances back into process improvement, and ensuring the capability of our most important business processes. You will support the creation of a living system that reduces risk, prevents recurring issues, and generates measurable value across regions, central functions, and the value chain.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in shaping the strategic future direction and priorities of process management, ensuring processes are clearly defined, owned, transparent, and consistently applied beyond pure documentation.
- Help maintain and improve the process management platform, ensuring process information is accessible, structured, and up to date.
- Facilitate alignment on process ownership, responsibilities, and interfaces across organizational boundaries.
- Assess and ensure the capability and effectiveness of our most important business processes, applying structured problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement methods.
- Leverage insights from audits, nonconformances, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
- Drive the harmonization of processes across regions and central functions to reduce complexity, variation, and redundant ways of working, while identifying opportunities to automate and digitalize workflows, making process knowledge AI-accessible.
What You Bring
- A university degree or similar in quality management, engineering, business, or a comparable field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in process excellence, process governance, and the application of quality management principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) within complex global organizations.
- Experience in process improvement and leading improvement projects, ideally with Lean Six Sigma across multiple organizations.
- An affinity for digitalization and AI to make process knowledge accessible and processes smarter (e.g., SEPH, BIC Cloud, and related tools).
- Experience in process risk management and integrating risk thinking into process design would be beneficial.
- Understanding of process capability assessment and how to measure process effectiveness (KPI definition/tracking) would be a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English to operate confidently in an international environment.
- Availability to travel internationally (EU and US).
