How You’ll Make an Impact

• In your new position as Senior Performance Controller (f/m/d) you will prepare internal reports, comment on the development of key figures, and analyze the influencing factors and effects of deviations from the plan or forecast. This includes regular financial and business analytics to EAD management.
• Conduct analyses to identify significant trends and opportunities, communicating results to senior management in an appropriate format.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and actual reporting across regions and functions.
• Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation in your area of responsibility and foster continuous improvements to increase e.g. cost transparency and accuracy.
• Proactively manage quality in reporting and ensure strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards.
• Support and/or lead the introduction and optimization of new methods and procedures in reporting and performance controlling through digitalization initiatives.
• Act as a backup for the department head when necessary.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years relevant professional work experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling and/or Accounting, or other finance areas such as Project Management.
• Expertise in summarizing and conveying complex information into concise, easy-to-understand business reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SAC).
• You display a steadfast commitment to quality and transparency, along with strong analytical skills and problem-solving competencies.
• You are a strong team player with mid-term Leadership ambition.
• You possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and a high degree of intercultural understanding.
