Your main task will be to offer legal advice and support to our business units, involving contract negotiation and drafting, as well as ensuring legal compliance. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide legal advice on commercial and contract law for Siemens Energy's operations in Denmark and other parts of Europe. This includes intellectual property, product liability and procurement law
  • Drive business success with your ambitious approach, expertly balancing governance with business agility
  • Elevate our Legal department's standards, strategically managing costs and external counsel when vital
  • Implement process improvements and lean methodologies to streamline efficiency
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, empowerment, transparency, and inclusivity, while promoting a speak-up environment
  • Collaborate with the global Legal and Compliance community to share knowledge and standard methodologies
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and deliver training that empowers collaborators with legal insights

What You bring

  • A master of law degree, preferably from Denmark
  • A confirmed legal background with several years of experience in an international company or law firm, ideally with infrastructure/energy projects
  • Good negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to facilitate business transactions and inspire change
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a sharp eye for detail
  • A collaborative spirit, growing in a team and international settings
  • Strong communication skills, intercultural awareness, and sensitivity
  • Full working proficiency in Danish and English language, additional languages are a plus
