About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
The Senior Commercial Project Manager manages the commercial and financial execution of electrical sector projects, primarily focused on services, maintenance, systems, and turnkey solutions. The role works closely with project teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure strong financial control, risk management, and contractual compliance. Daily activities combine financial analysis, decision-making, and stakeholder negotiation across multiple projects. The environment is dynamic, regional, and execution‑driven. The main objective is to protect project profitability while enabling successful delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the commercial and administrative execution of electrical sector projects.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs to track project performance.
- Review budgets, cost controls, and financial deviations during execution.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities together with the project team.
- Ensure continuous financial and contractual follow‑up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to safeguard business interests.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project finance, accounting, contracts, logistics, and supply chain.
- Proven ability to interpret financial reports, assess risks, and evaluate financial impacts.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for regional collaboration.
- Strong financial analysis, decision‑making, communication, and multitasking skills under pressure.

The role is part of the Transmission Services business within Siemens Energy, a dynamic and multidisciplinary organization delivering high‑voltage solutions in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. The team acts as a strategic business partner to sales, bid management, and project execution. Collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership are core values.
