How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage internal and external (financial) audits at the Companies.
- Lead to ensure timely completion and quality of accounting related work
- ICFR Support certifiers
- Oversees and manages all day-to-day accounting operations and proper application of accounting systems for the Companies incl. the management of accounting service providers.
- GAAP and other internal guidelines at the Companies accordingly.
- Ensure implementation & adherence to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), local
- Adherence to Compliance in all accounting practices and processes.
- As the role of business partner, ensure the high quality of books and records for IFRS and PRC GAAP
- Define working requirements in terms of Governance and monitor the implementation and standard template and tools
- Overall responsibility for accounting governance
What You Bring
- Fluency in English
- SoA working experience/ Big 4 experience is a plus
- SAP experience is preferred
- Good presentation and communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
- 3 - 5 years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance, especially solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting
