A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Scheduler, you are a member of the Project Management Team and support the Project Manger to supervise the timely delivery of our equipment. For this purpose, you will closely collaborate with all internal suppliers contributing equipment to the project to prepare and to foster the time schedule and to clarify interfaces between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning from the start of the project until delivery of the equipment. During bidding phase of projects, you will support the project bid manager to prepare and optimize a time schedule to be in line with the designated manufacturing slots and the anticipated project milestones.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Fostering the standard execution schedule as knowledge base for other parties supporting time scheduling in component supply projects
  • Preparation of monthly project progress reports showing the actual status of engineering, purchasing manufacturing and delivery
  • Critical path analysis for bid and execution projects
  • Coaching of less experienced colleagues performing time scheduling tasks
  • Consultancy of customers and consortium partners in scheduling matters
  • Fostering of time scheduling process procedure for component supply projects
What You Bring
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree with a technical background or technical training with relevant professional experience
  • Advanced experience with Primavera software and other scheduling tools
  • Good English knowledge
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Flexibility to cope with volatile work volumes

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
