A Snapshot of Your Day

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) will collaborate with Account Representatives, Region Executives, Field Service, and Central Sales to deliver Siemens Energy’s solutions and products to the power generation industry. This position will be based in the US Southeast with an office location of Jupiter FL (1680 S. Central Blvd, Jupiter FL).

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your primary responsibility is to support the Account Representatives, so the focus is on building and strengthening internal Siemens Energy and external customer relationships.

  • Customer Relationship Management -80% - (Salesforce.com)
    • Coordinate and prepare responses to Customer Request for Quote (RFQ)
      • Facilitate platform team review of RFQ.
      • Collaborate with Central Sales and Technical Sales for estimation.
      • Obtain supporting documentation as needed.
      • Compile Customer Ready Bid Package
    • Coordinate and run platform team meetings
    • Customer Purchase Order review per Siemens Energy processes
    • Schedule, prepare for, and participate in Customer meetings as needed.
    • Track and follow up on Customer commitments
    • Support development of Customer Master Agreements
    • Salesforce: Maintain opportunities through entire lifecycle
  • Administrative support for Account Representatives and Executives -20%
    • Event management
    • Merchandising
    • Event Planning
    • Additional support as needed

 

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience, preferably in a sales support role.
  • Effective communicator, a great teammate, agile, detail oriented, excellent time management skills, and organized
  • Digital literacy including MS Office, CRM Experience (Salesforce.com), and Tableau
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
