About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will support the reactivation and growth of Gas Services commercial operations in Venezuela by working with customers, sales teams, business management, and cross-functional partners. You will develop competitive proposals, manage customer contracts, coordinate commercial processes, maintain accurate sales records, and help drive business opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the preparation of competitive commercial proposals, bids, and contract documentation in collaboration with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and business management teams.
- Manage customer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, renegotiations, and scope or commercial changes.
- Ensure proposals and agreements are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with business objectives, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Act as a key connection between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Keep commercial information accurate and up to date in CRM, SAP, and related systems while supporting reporting, sales analysis, forecasting, and territory planning.
- Help drive business growth by strengthening customer relationships, identifying market trends, improving commercial processes, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in contract management, proposal development, bid management, sales operations, or similar commercial roles.
- Experience using SAP, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools to keep information accurate and support analysis.
- Ability to enable effective commercial decision-making with reliable data and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- High integrity, customer focus, advanced English and Spanish communication skills; APMP certification is a plus.

Our Gas Services team helps customers get the most from their power generation assets through reliable service solutions, commercial expertise, and operational excellence. As part of the North Andina sales organization, you will work with regional and global teams to strengthen customer relationships, support business growth, and contribute to the reactivation and expansion of key commercial operations across the region.
