A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst, this role will be responsible for OIP planning, long-term forecasting, productivity measure & business case support, as well as ad hoc analysis. This role requires strong collaboration with technical counterparts across various departments, including sales, procurement, and execution performance. The analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage the OIP planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales forecasts.
- Conduct detailed productivity analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Help with crafting and evaluating cases for new projects, products, and initiatives, ensuring they align with financial goals and strategic objectives.
- Partner with technical counterparts from sales, procurement, execution performance, and other departments to gather data, share insights, and drive collaborative solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by implementing robust data validation and reconciliation processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis activities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, sales planning, or a similar role.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience within related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; experience with ERP (SAP) systems is required.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
