A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales Operations Marketing Manager with a specific focus on Marketing at Gas Services New Unit Sales NA, your day will begin with reviewing the latest energy market trends and staying up to date with our competitors' moves. You will share these developments with our sales managers in the North America region and get their insights as well. You will work with the Sales team to refine customer presentations on our products and solutions, press release or digital strategy. In occasions you will work with the Sales team members on tasks related to win/loss analysis, customer survey landscape such as NPS. In this role, you are a part of a bigger Regional Operations team and create a feedback loop to other parts of the organization to support the Sales activities.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead execution of the North America marketing and sales support strategy for the Gas Services new unit business, ensuring alignment with global and regional sales objectives collaborating with diverse stakeholders globally and regionally in sales operations, marketing communications, agency partners and customer-facing sales roles to design and execute strategic sales enablement and select marketing initiatives.
  • Support and shape internal and external-facing events, such as internal sales conferences, customer events and industry trade show participation in alignment with key stakeholders, elevate Gas services products and solutions in your target market through creative storytelling, media opportunities and amplification efforts.
  • Creating transparency about energy markets, developing & driving our regional strategy to position our portfolio for the mid and long-term.
  • Support continuous improvement measures within regional & global sales teams, such as leading the implementation of Net Promoter Score and internal feedback surveys having a good understanding of sales forecast planning of the gas turbine portfolio that supports R&D decisions, factory load planning, product strategy and marketing activities.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or go-to-market roles, with a focus on the B2B industrial sector, work experience with or in power generation, oil & gas, or related industries preferred.
  • Strategy and consulting background covering power generation will be a plus with proven ability to influence and align complex stakeholder management by leveraging insights to drive strategic outcomes, will require exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging and accessible communications.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple workstreams in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
  • In your role you will work in a team of sales operation managers located in the region as well as located across the world. You will interact daily with our team of technical and commercial sales managers in the region North America.
